How long does my order take to ship?

Orders ship from California within 3-5 business days.
USPS Ground Advantage, typically 3–5 business days within the US. Tracking is sent as soon as your order is on its way.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What is your return policy? 

If your bar arrives damaged or the order isn't right, email us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. A photo helps me sort it out quickly.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on soap that has been used or unwrapped.
